Let me start by saying, I've been to a couple med spas for a service and I ended up coming across Fresh Complexion and decided to give it a try because I was really unhappy with how I felt I was treated at the previous place I went. The previous place completely lied to me about services and potential side effects on top of them completely raising the price of their service out of the blue. So I went into Fresh Complexion and not only is the place totally aesthetically pleasing to the eye, it's very clean and Mary is an absolute professional in every way. She walked me through absolutely everything step by step to make sure I knew and understood every angle of everything. Her and I actually sat and talked for a quite some time before even starting my procedure and I was in no way rushed through to get in and get out because they want money or high numbers When I left there not only did I love the work that was done but I felt like Mary and I had been good friends for years. I also have never met someone who has such positive, sweet and kind things to say about everyone. Mary is truly a class act and caring in every sense of the word. So if you're looking for some aesthetic procedures and are on the fence as to where to go I'm 100% confident that you will be thoroughly satisfied here. Mary was very professional and made me feel relaxed during my procedure. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and eased my nerves. I would highly recommend her for cosmetic procedures.
